Endurance House

Tuesday Night Run: We break up into small groups depending on pace and distance.
Distance: 3-6 miles; pace varies depending on which group you decide to join.
There are some walkers, while others run at a fast pace. All groups have a lead and sweep runner. Instructor lead warm up sessions.

Permission to Move Club
5k and 10K training – there will be one training series per season (fall and spring), with a final goal of completing a race in Wichita Falls or the surrounding area. This can be used in conjunction with the Tuesday Night Group Runs.
