HABIT (HIPS, ABS, BUTTS, AND THIGHS) A serious head-to-toe work out utilizing a variety of formats and equipment, Habit is a high-intensity total-body workout class meant to produce results. Created with toning, sculpting and slimming down in mind, this 50 minute class combines elements of cardio and strength training, revving up metabolism and building lean muscle.
